Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay extra to attend speaker presentations?

No. Your conference ticket includes access to all scheduled speaker presentations for the day.

Do I need to bring my ticket?

Yes. Please present your ticket at registration, either printed or on your mobile device.

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

If tickets are still available, you may be able to purchase one on the day. However, many of our events sell out in advance, so we strongly recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else.

Do you offer concession or student discounts?

We do not currently offer concession or student pricing. We do have promotions campaign time to time so keep an eye out for them.

If you'd like to attend and become part of the experience, consider joining our Ninja Crew! Our volunteers receive complimentary entry, a workbook, and a Certificate of Attendance in exchange for helping on the day.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Yes. We proudly support Companion Card holders.

Please contact us at hello@myspiritedmind.com before purchasing your ticket so we can arrange your companion's attendance.

Is food included with my ticket?

Food and beverages are not included with your ticket.

Most venues have cafés or food outlets available, and some venues may also have nearby dining options.

Is childcare available?

No. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare services during our events.

Can I bring my child?

Our conferences are designed primarily for adults, including parents, carers, educators, health professionals and neurodivergent adults.

Children under 14 years of age are generally not permitted due to venue insurance requirements and the adult-focused nature of the presentations.

If you have questions about older teenagers attending, please contact us before purchasing tickets.

Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance?

Yes. All attendees receive a Certificate of Attendance after the event, making it suitable for professional development (PD) records where applicable.

Can I receive separate tax invoices for a group booking?

No. Group bookings are processed as a single transaction, and one tax invoice will be issued for the entire booking.

I can no longer attend. Can someone else use my ticket?

Yes. Tickets are transferable. You can edit the attendee name from your emailed ticket.

Will the presentations be recorded?

This varies by event. If recordings are available, this will be clearly stated on the event page before you purchase your ticket.
